- Preheat oven at about 200 degrees F
- Prepare stake by seasoning it salt and pepper, coat it evenly on both sides
- Bake in the oven
- After that's done, add choice of oil into a pan in high heat, finish until the stake is smoking
- Flip at every 30 seconds while it cooks, let it surround by butter and garlic
- Make sure it's cooked as you flip it, allow any excess to cook as well.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing the stake
